Twin Lift

The Twin Lift is suitable for all applications with no ride height limitations. It has a particularly robust construction combined with low weight. The bolt-on version reduces installation time to a minimum even when retrofitted.


Wipper Lift

The Wipper Lift is designed for use with megatrailers and other vehicles that require a low ride height. By virtue of its flat, robust construction it offers maximum ground clearance.


Midlift

The centrally welded location of the mid-lift onto the axle ensures maximum ground clearance for vehicles, who may require space for additional features within the chassis. The welded connection to the axle housing, is light and maintenance-free, with the additional benefit of using the standard suspension air bellows as the lift bellows.


Z-section

The Z-section is supplied as a welded one-piece construction with integrated hanger brackets. It can standardise your chassis production and give it flexibility by relocating structural elements into known areas.


Preparation tyre inflating system

Preparation of the DCA axle series for deployment of a tyre inflating system
on the trailer enhances the vehicle‘s operational safety and availability.
Threaded through­bores in the axle journals serve as compressed air
connections for a tyre inflating system, which prevents excessively low tyre
pressure. Longer service lives for the tyres, less rolling resistance for the
trailer and an attendant reduction in fuel consumption for the truck/trailer
combination lower the required scope of maintenance work and improve the
vehicle‘s economic efficiency.


Brake wear indicator (BWI)

The BWI outputs a signal to the truck‘s dashboard when the brake linings reach
the minimum permissible remaining thickness. This reduces the required scope
of inspection work on the vehicle, enables the replacement of brake linings to
be planned in an effective manner, avoids total write­offs of disc brakes and
improves the vehicle‘s availability and safety by ensuring it is fully roadworthy.


Cover ring for wheel bolts

The cover ring for wheel bolts is fitted to the hub with the wheel bolts.
It covers the wheel bolts and wheel nuts. In addition to enhancing the vehicle‘s
appearance, it also protects the wheel bolts and wheel nuts from damage and
helps to prevent injury in the event of an accident.



The DCA WEIGHTMASTER is the core member of the series. Its low weight – from just 381 kg depending on which version – coupled with its durability, the advantage of fewer components (due to its monocoque design coupled to the maintenance-free compact bearings, makes it ideal for use in the European transport industry. With its modular design, it is compatible with nearly all trailers, from platform semitrailers, curtainsiders, tippers, tankers and bulk distribution. The DCA WEIGHTMASTER is compatible with 19.5“ or 22.5“ wheels.
